Prudential Administration Guide

You will need a username and password to access the administration guide. If you don't already have the username and password, contact your Keenan service representative.

Please follow the directions below to download each administration guide.

• Voluntary/Optional AD&D Program - Zip File (2720KB)
• Voluntary/Optional Life Program - Zip File (3339KB)

  To download each administration guide click on the link, provide your username and password, and select the location on your hard drive where you would like to store the file. Once the file is downloaded, open the zip file from your hard drive and the decompression software on your system (e.g. WinZip) will unzip the files for you.

  Note: If your decompression software does not automatically unzip the files for you, you can manually unzip them. If you have WinZip, select Actions then Extract from the menu. You will then have the option to select where you want to extract the files. Make sure the "All Files" option is selected to extract all files.
