Doug McKibbin, Senior Vice President, began his risk management career in 1975 as a multi-line claims adjuster for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company. Over a nine-year period, Doug served as workers' compensation claims supervisor, liability national-risk home-office examiner and branch office claims manager.

In 1984, Liberty Mutual promoted Doug to a National Sales position, selling and servicing large national accounts.

For ten years, Doug was a retail broker with Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., working with both public entity and commercial clients. He worked extensively with individual school districts and school pools in California. Doug worked closely with Keenan & Associates in providing workers' compensation risk management services to school clients beginning July 1995.

Doug joined the Keenan team in April of 1997 as Vice President in the Irvine office. He was promoted to Senior Vice President in April 1998 and managed Keenan & Associates' Riverside office until July 2000.

Until August 2002 Doug served as a corporate property, casualty and workers' compensation resource, providing expertise in development, management and marketing of all P&C products and service. In addition, Doug took over the management of three large school insurance authorities (workers' compensation and property/liability).

In August 2002, Keenan & Associates created a marketing position exclusively for the needs of the HealthCare Division. Doug is now solely dedicated to that function, focusing exclusively on the product and marketing needs of Keenan HealthCare clients and prospects.
