Walt Pregizer, Vice President, in the Torrance office, is responsible for management of the Keenan HealthCare TPA division. Responsibilities include the oversight of customer service, administration and the self-funded group health claims department.

Since 1974, Walt has been involved in the group health insurance industry. His experience includes responsibilities as claim manager, vice president and senior vice president for two major insurance companies and two national third party administrators. His extensive experience in group health administration includes the implementation of new claim operating systems, ERISA compliance, COBRA/HIPAA, excess risk reinsurance, subrogation, appeals, prescription plans, preferred provider networks, utilization review, large case management, audits, Section 125 plans, long-term disability, short-term disability and plan document reviews.

Walt graduated from Bob Jones University in Greenville, S.C. and holds Bachelor of Arts degree in Humanities. He currently serves as the President of the Health Care Administrators Association Board of Directors, is an active member of the Orange County Employee Benefit Council and is a Life Agent.
